The Marucci Pros

The list of major leaguers involved with Marucci is a lineup that could easily win a World Series. The best part about it is that they knew Marucci was such an up and coming company they chose to get shares of the company over taking actual money.

When guys like this know a bat is good you can bet your money that it will definitely be a good one.

Pros using Marucci Bats

Albert Pujols

You would be hard pressed to find a better hitter in recent times than Alert Pujols. You don’t win 3 MVP awards and go to 11 all star games if you aren’t doing something right.

Through 15 major league seasons Pujols has a .312 batting average with 560 career home runs, almost 1700 runs driven in, and almost 1600 runs scored.

He won the rookie of the year award in 2001 and there was little doubt he would be a long term star, but I am not sure if anyone thought he would be this good.

David Ortiz

Big Papi will be a legend in Boston for the rest of time. It’s not just his 503 career home runs and 9 all star appearances that will make him a legend. Its that he was one of the driving forces in bringing the World Series trophy to Boston.

They were a long tortured fan base and many thought it could never happen. But Big Papi’s clutch hits were as big of a factor as any in them winning.

By 2013 many thought he was past his prime. And then he did it again coming up huge in October and winning the 2013 World Series MVP.

Chase Utley

Chase Utley was one of the most popular players on the Phillies 2008 World Series winning team. He is a .281 lifetime hitter with 236 home runs and is closing in on 1000 RBI.

A 6 time all star Utley was also voted onto the All-Decade team for the 2000’s and is one of the more influential pros on the Marucci company.

David Wright

David Wright has been a captain of the Mets since the 2013 season and is one of the major reasons they were back in the World Series this year.

His career .300 average has been one of the biggest reasons he has been to 7 all-star games, as well as his 235 career home runs and nearly 1000 RBI. In 2007 he showed off his all around game making the 30-30 club.

Jose Bautista

One of the first big leaguers to see the full potential of Marucci Bautista got in early and has had great success. Not only with the company, he has been on a tear at the plate as well.

In 4 of the last 5 seasons Bautista has hit at least 35 home runs while both scoring and driving in 100 runs in each. A great all around player to model your game after.
